- For furniture items, our shipping timeline typically ranges from a minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 5 days, depending on the delivery location's pin code.
- Please note that this timeline does not include the production or preparation days for your furniture. The production or preparation time for furniture items is between 20 to 25 days.

2. Shipping Charges:
- In the case of bulk orders, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team for personalized assistance. Shipping charges for bulk orders will be determined based on factors such as order volume, delivery location, and special requirements.

3. Delivery Process:
- Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, our team will begin preparing your items for shipment.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated delivery date.
- Our logistics team will coordinate with our trusted shipping partners to ensure a smooth and timely delivery to your specified address.
- Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery at the provided address during the scheduled delivery window.

4. Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email & Whatsapp.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and receive real-time updates on its whereabouts.

 SOP for Delivery and Return/Refund Policy - The Flamingo Life


1. Delivery Policy:

- Delivery Partners: All deliveries will be made through our authorized logistics partners, primarily using the Delhivery app or a designated logistical truck service.

- Dispatch and Tracking:
- Once the order is dispatched, the customer will receive a notification with the tracking ID within 2-3 business days.
- Customers can track their orders through the provided tracking ID on the respective logistics partner's platform.

- Delivery Timeframe:
- Standard delivery timeframes will vary depending on the location but generally range from 7 to 14 days after dispatch.
- Customers will be informed of any unforeseen delays.

- Loading/Unloading Assistance:
- If a customer requires assistance with loading or unloading the product, additional charges will apply.
- These charges will be communicated to the customer at the time of arranging the delivery, and payment must be made prior to the service being provided.

 2. Return and Refund Policy

- Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are only possible if the product is irrevocably damaged and cannot be repaired.
- A damage assessment will be conducted within 4 to 5 working days of receiving the return request.
- Upon confirmation of the damage, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.

- Damages During Transit:
- If any damage occurs during logistical transit, a replacement product will be sent to the customer.
- Alternatively, a local technician will be dispatched to repair the product on-site.

- Specific Damage Cases:
- For minor damages, such as marble or paint chipping, a local technician will be sent to address the issue at the earliest convenience.

 3. Procedure for Return/Refund

- Customer Notification:
- Customers must notify The Flamingo Life within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product to qualify for a return or repair.

- Damage Assessment:
- The assessment team will inspect the reported damage within 4 to 5 working days to determine whether a refund, replacement, or repair is appropriate.

- Refund Process:
- If eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to the customer's original payment method within 10 working days after the damage assessment is completed.

4. Customer Communication and Support

- Customer Service:
- Customers can reach out to our customer service team via phone or email for any delivery, return, or refund-related inquiries.

- Documentation:
- For any return or damage claim, customers are advised to keep the original packaging, invoices, and photographic evidence of the damage to expedite the process.

5. Exceptions


- The Flamingo Life reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the product damage is deemed reparable or due to improper handling by the customer.
